Pancharatna Real Estate L.L.C ("Pancharatna", "we", "us", "our") is a real-estate brokerage licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (RERA ORN 50061). We are the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

This policy explains how we handle your personal data in line with the United Arab Emirates Personal Data Protection Law — Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (the “PDPL”) and its implementing regulations.

Our primary legal basis for processing enquiry data is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on our forms before submitting. Where applicable, we also rely on the necessity of taking steps to provide a service you request, and on our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business. You may withdraw consent at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and any message, budget, community, or property preferences you include when you enquire.

Information collected automatically (only if you accept analytics cookies): pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you reached the site. Nothing is tracked until you accept via our cookie banner.

To respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings, and provide the brokerage services you ask for.

To send you relevant property updates where you have separately agreed to receive them.

To operate, secure, and improve our website and understand what our audience finds useful.

To meet our legal, regulatory, and RERA/Dubai Land Department obligations.

We use strictly functional storage to remember your cookie choice and preferences. Analytics and marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) load only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can decline without losing access to the site.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: developers or partner brokerages strictly as needed to progress your specific enquiry; service providers who process data on our behalf under contract (for example our website hosting and email/lead-management providers); and authorities or regulators where required by UAE law.

Some providers may process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps so your data continues to receive a level of protection consistent with the PDPL.

We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations — ordinarily up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve disputes. After that it is securely deleted or anonymised.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you and the relevant authority of a qualifying breach as required by the PDPL.

Under the PDPL you may request access to your data; ask us to correct or delete it; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent at any time; and request portability of data you provided to us.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@pancharatnarealestate.ae with the subject “Data request”. We will respond within the period required by the PDPL. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.
